Not Easy Being Green

A little better look at the frog cloak commissioned by consisting of about 3 yards of cream and 3 yards of green fleece. The eyes are plushed out in my own design modeled after one of CF's favorite new characters in the manga Reborn! by the name of Fran who wears a frog hat. And at the neck are wooden toggle buttons to keep it together. In the lower left hand inside I have a little frog panel with the CW for Curious Wolf hand stitched. It is completely reversible, but who would want to do that??? All together I have been working on it for the last 2-3 weeks on and off though pretty steadily. The worst part is where the hood meets the main bulk of the cloak as it was like sewing through 8 layers of blinding green fleece and that was no easy task my friend. A lot of little hand details that most people would never pay attention to but I <3 Frogs and love the way this turned out. I have a full black great cloak in a similar style that I have had for years and still love to wear, so I am hoping this piece will also get a lot of use. It is certainly warm, and it has the power of static to shock you ... muahahaha!
